Many home renovations require permits, especially if they involve structural changes, plumbing, or electrical work. As part of our design & build process, we handle all necessary permits and ensure compliance with Vancouver building codes.

If the permitting process is outside of your budget and/or timeline, we will value engineer the design proposal so to avoid, if possible, the need for permits.

This depends on the scope of work. For smaller projects, it may be possible. However, for any significant home remodels or renovations we do not recommend living in the home in order to stay on our timeline and effectively execute the renovation to the highest quality possible.
